Baby hair clips

I made a bunch of cute little hair clips for Audrey before she was born...I wanted to show you how easy it is to make your own! I took inspiration from here.

Gather your supplies:

3/8" ribbon of your choice
Fabri-tac glue
Hair clips
Measuring tape
Scissors

I highly recommend using only the Fabri-tac glue for this project. I've tried other fabric and craft glues, and they just don't work for this. You can find the hair clips at a beauty supply store and most craft stores.

Cut your ribbon to 6 3/4"

Dab a small amount of glue onto the backside of your ribbon

Attach the ribbon, starting on the bottom inside part of your clip

Add more glue as you continue to wrap the ribbon around the clip

Tuck the ribbon in around the hinge and hold it down for a few seconds

Complete the clip by wrapping the remainder of the ribbon underneath the top portion of the clip and you're done!

Here's a bunch more that I made. It's so easy to get carried away with these!

The possibilities with these clips are really endless! You could even use cute holiday and seasonal ribbon. I actually made the sparkly gold clips for a special little girl on my Christmas shopping list! Wouldn't these be a sweet and personal stocking stuffer for a little girl?

I hope you liked this easy little project! Now I just have to wait for Audrey to have enough hair to actually wear hers!
