Rachel's Nest featured on Veronika's Blushing!

Hi friends!

I'm so excited to let you know that one of my favorite bloggers, Veronika, from Veronika's Blushing has featured Rachel's Nest on her blog!

As a long time fan and follower of her blog, I'm so thrilled to have been featured!

I hope you'll hop on over and take a look! Click here to go directly to the post! I think you'll really enjoy spending some time on her blog, too, if you don't follow her already! She has some adorable outfits and great beauty product reviews, not to mention, a beautiful new home and an adorable little doggie!

Thanks again, Veronika!

  1. What a great feature! I have to say I most enjoyed the part about Audrey. I am a new mom myself and sometimes on particularly rough days I feel like I must be the only one who doesn't have it all together! You are right though, nothing beats motherhood. :)

  2. Thanks Sonja! I have felt like that too...you are not alone! I don't think any mom really has it all together....and if one did, I would love to hear their secrets! LOL

  7. Hi Rachel! In tour interview you mentioned that you are dealing with a sensitivity to dairy with regard to nursing Audrey. Are you still nursing? Avoiding dairy? Have you seen improvement in her symptoms? Sorry so many questions! I recently found out my son has a dairy sensitivity also ( he's two months) so I'd love to hear your experience with it! Really enjoy your blog!

  9. Hi Kristen!
Yes, I am still nursing and avoiding dairy! We figured out she had the sensitivity when she was about 6 weeks old (she's now 6 months). I saw a big improvement with her, but it took about 2-3 weeks after I had cut dairy out completely. It takes about 2 weeks to leave mom's system, and another week or two to leave baby's, but after that point you should see a big difference!
It's definitely worth the small sacrifice to be able to nurse and have a happy baby:) I hope everything works out for you! I know how tough it can be when your baby is so uncomfortable all the time!
So glad you like the blog! Hope to see you around!:)
