I loved this product! It made my skin look and feel so perfectly soft and smooth. It was moisturizing without making my face look overly shiny, and seemed to give it just the right amount of glow. It did a great job of evening out my skin tone without looking like a foundation. It was light, but concealing enough at the same time. This is a a sunscreen, moisturizer, treatment serum, and tint all in one, so it's a great product for me right now since my time to get ready is so limited! I'm definitely adding it to my list of must-haves.
I was really excited to try the Kerastase products in last month's box, and this one was my favorite. The shampoo and conditioner just didn't wow me, but maybe that's because it's hard to determine how they work with your hair after just one use. I liked this serum, though. I tried it in damp hair, and dry hair, and I prefer the way it works in damp hair. It tamed my flyways and gave my hair a nice smooth look and shine. I have to say, I'm probably not reaping the full benefits of it, because I hardly style my hair these days, but if I did, I would probably purchase the full size product. It's a little pricey at $42, but I think it's a good value, because just a little of this serum seems to go a long way.
Now, the June Birchbox:
(For some reason I accidentally left the Apothederm cream out of the picture-sorry!)
Initially nothing in this box looked too exciting to me, but I'm strangely anticipating the next time I get a little cut on my finger, so I can wear one of the cute Cynthia Rowley Band-Aids! I'll let you know my thoughts on the products next month, of course! I'm curious about the stretch mark cream...I have a few that I just haven't been diligent about treating with cream that I already own, so maybe this one will be a good test for them!
Did you guys get the same box? What do you think of it?
