Peace for Sandy Hook

I've been meaning to post a tutorial for the glitter letters that I made for my Christmas stockings this year....and I will, but I'm having trouble jumping into something cheerful and trivial with the news of the school shooting in CT this past Friday. It's been a couple of days, but I still can't stop thinking about the sweet, innocent children and their well as the teachers, police, and everyone else involved in the tragedy.

The only thing I can do, is pray that the peace of Jesus would be with every single one of them and give them the comfort that only He can bring. I'm sure you are doing the same.

Jesus is the only hope in this situation, and we are certainly living in a world that needs Him. If you are in need of comfort and hope because of this tragedy, or for any other reason, I would encourage you to turn to the Bible and let the Lord speak to you.

Psalm 46:1
Our God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

I'll be back soon, friends. I hope you are counting your blessings more than ever. I know I am.
